See the user manual <strong><a title=\"Bikeep user manual\" href=\"https:\/\/bikeep.com\/smart-commercial-bike-rack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>A standard bike rack is located in the courtyard next to the waiting platforms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"title\"><h3>DISABILITY SERVICE<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"content\">\n<p><strong>Assisting disabled people and people with reduced mobility at Tallinn Bus Station<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>People with disabilities and those with reduced mobility have access to all bus station services, including access to arrival and departure platforms within the Tallinn Bus Station building and its surrounding territory.<\/p>\n<p>Under the term, disabled people and\/or those with reduced mobility have notified Tallinn Bus Station of their need for assistance with ancillary services, including help with navigating to departure platforms and\/or taxi stands, accessing toilet facilities, and support with ticket purchasing. Also, all information on departures, arrivals and bus station services is provided<\/p>\n<p><strong>The aforementioned assistance is provided to disabled people and people with reduced mobility under the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>People with disabilities and those with reduced mobility have been informed of their arrival at least 36 hours in advance. Please contact us by calling <strong>+372 681 3444<\/strong> or by e-mail at <strong><a title=\"info@bussijaam.ee\" href=\"mailto:info@bussijaam.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@bussijaam.ee<\/a><\/strong>. The provision of needed assistance cannot be ensured with shorter notice, but reasonable efforts are made to make the aid available.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals requiring assistance should arrive at Tallinn Bus Station at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Earlier arrival should be considered in case assistance is needed for boarding the coach.<\/li>\n<li>If the provision of bus service for people with disabilities or reduced mobility requires the availability of special equipment on the bus (e.g., a wheelchair lift or designated space), the passenger must specify and agree upon the availability of such services with the bus operator. (Due to insufficiency of medical competence, Tallinn Bus Station personnel do not physically carry disabled people and people with reduced mobility aboard and off the bus.<\/li>\n<li>Wheelchairs and other assistive devices are handled (including packing and placement) by Tallinn Bus Station personnel only under the supervision and instructions of such individuals or their attendants. Tallinn Bus Station is not liable for any damage caused to assistive devices if the devices are handled under instructions given by people with disabilities or their attendants.<\/li>\n<li>Any assistance not listed above is provided to people with disabilities and those with reduced mobility only in cases where the provision of specific assistance has been individually agreed upon in advance. Tallinn Bus Station reserves the right to decline assistance when the necessary conditions and\/or staff training are not available.<\/li>\n<li>The current instruction cannot be construed as the availability of equivalent assistance in all buses. The availability of assistance and assistive devices shall be clarified with the corresponding bus operator.
